The Bruins will celebrate their 2010-2011 Stanley Cup Championship with a parade, set for Saturday, June 18 at 11 a.m. Here's all you need to know.

The Boston Bruins are getting a hero's welcome home this weekend. After their historic Game 7 victory in Vancouver to win the team's first Stanley Cup in 39 years, the Bruins will be honored with a parade in Boston Saturday, beginning at 11 a.m. Here's a fan's guide to Saturday's parade for those of you in Mansfield planning to go and experience the celebration. Bruins Ready for Victory Parade

The Bruins celebration parade is set for Saturday, June 18 at 11:00 a.m.

Bruins fans have waited a long time for the Stanley Cup to be back in Boston - 39 years to be exact. Now that the Stanley Cup is back home in Boston, it is time to celebrate. Thomas M. Menino, Mayor of Boston, addressed the media this morning, June 16, on parade celebration plans in Boston. The Bruins' celebration parade is planned for Saturday, June 18, at 11:00 a.m. Mayor Menino said the parade will be held Saturday because of the player's prior commitments on Friday. "Its about the players," Menino told reporters. The parade is tentatively scheduled to start at the Boston Garden and end at Copley Square. More detailed plans will be released later today.
