New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Suspends Mansfield Resident's Pharmacist License
Bruce R. Kline of Mansfield has his pharmacist license suspended in New Hampshire. He voluntarily surrendered his Massachusetts license.
Attorney General Michael A. Delaney has announced that the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy (“Board”) has suspended the license of pharmacist Bruce R. Kline, age 58, of Mansfield, Massachusetts, effective January 18, 2013. According to a press release, the Board’s action is in response to Mr. Kline’s Massachusetts pharmacist license being voluntarily surrendered on November 20 following his employment termination for diversion and pending criminal charges, which consist of domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and witness intimidation. On January 18, 2013, the Board issued an Order of Emergency Suspension and Notice of Hearing. The order suspended Mr. Kline’s license to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire …
