Senior Stress Increases As College Deadlines Approach
December crunch time for college-bound seniors.
Most people are worried about the holidays at this time of year, but Mansfield High School seniors have something much bigger to worry about. With deadlines past or quickly approaching, seniors are trying to cope with the stress of applying to college. Applications are due either Nov. 1 or Nov.15 through February and March 1. The school guidance office has their own deadlines for the applications, however, because they need the information ahead of time to release records and make sure everything is completed, so the deadlines are pushed back for students trying to get them to each college on time.
