Congressman Joe Kennedy III today announced the launch of ‘Tour 34’ – his office’s commitment to bring constituent office hours to all 34 cities and towns in the 4th District by the end of 2013. Kennedy, whose term begins Jan. 3, will open an office at 8 North Main St. in Attleboro, which was previously occupied by Congressman Jim McGovern.
