Keep Mansfield Beautiful Celebrates Fourth Year
The Keep Mansfield Beautiful Committee turns four this month.
The Keep Mansfield Beautiful Committee, founded by Neil Rhein, started over four years ago and shows no signs of stopping. "We've got a long list of accompishments for four years," Rhien said. The group started with basic litter cleanup and pressing community leaders to take an interest in cleaning up the town. Now, the Great Mansfield Cleanup is a major event with hundreds of volunteers combing the streets for litter. "We've been raising awareness in the community about the fact that the appearence of the community matters," he said.
