Donna M. Hogan-Evans of Mansfield died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at the Golden Living Center in Norwood. She was 67. She was the beloved wife of John Evans III for 12 years. Born in Brockton on May 8, 1945, she was the loving daughter of the late Warren and Mary (Taylor) Drew. She was raised and educated in Brockton. She was a devoted wife and homemaker. Mrs. Hogan-Evans was the loving mother of George, Terry, Debbie, Mary, James, Marco and Mike. She was the cherished grandmother of 10, dear sister of John and Russell and is also survived by her Aunt Honey and best friend Julie. Arrangements are being made by the Bolea-Amici Funeral Home, 115 N. Main St. in Mansfield. Visiting hours are being omitted. Interment in Spring Brook Cemetery will …

Alfred J. Borriello, 91, of Mansfield, formerly of Belmont passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Epoch Senior Healthcare in Norton. He was the beloved husband of the late Mildred E. (Porcello) Borriello, to whom he was wed on June 10, 1946. Mrs. Borriello passed away on February 27, 1991. Born in the North End of Boston on May 19, 1921, he was a dear son of the late Giuseppe and Louisa (Cozzolillo) Borriello. He grew up in the West End of Boston and was educated in Boston public schools. During WWII, Fred proudly and faithfully served his country in the United States Army. He was honorably discharged as a Private First Class, as a member of Battery D 459th Anti-aircraft Artillery Battalion on October 29, 1946. Prior to retiring…

Magella O. (Roy) Lavenskie, 89, of Mansfield, formerly of Uxbridge, passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Joseph E. Lavenskie, to whom she was wed on Dec. 1, 1945. Born in St. John, Canada on October 11, 1922 she was a daughter of the late Albert and Rose Marie (Marin) Roy. Affectionately known as “Midge”, at an early age, she along with her family moved to the United States and settled in the Whitinsville section of Northbridge. She was educated in Whitinsville schools. A retired nurses aide, Mrs. Lavenskie had worked for over ten years at the Daggett-Crandall - Newcomb home in Norton prior to retiring.
