The following is the obituary for Alfred J. Borriello, of Mansfield.
Alfred J. Borriello, 91, of Mansfield, formerly of Belmont passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Epoch Senior Healthcare in Norton. He was the beloved husband of the late Mildred E. (Porcello) Borriello, to whom he was wed on June 10, 1946. Mrs. Borriello passed away on February 27, 1991. Born in the North End of Boston on May 19, 1921, he was a dear son of the late Giuseppe and Louisa (Cozzolillo) Borriello. He grew up in the West End of Boston and was educated in Boston public schools. During WWII, Fred proudly and faithfully served his country in the United States Army.
