Mansfield Police Log: Rash of Break Ins

The following is from the Mansfield Police log from Sept. 30 to Oct. 1, 2012.

Sept. 30 9:49 a.m. Caller reported jewelry stolen from her house sometime in the past year. Caller also reported an ongoing issue involving the theft of jewelry with a small amount taken every few months. Oct. 1 2:23 p.m. Caller reported a past break in attempt on Balcom Street. A window on the back door was broken and one of the door’s two locks was tampered with. No access to the residence was reported gained. 3:51 p.m. Caller reported that his house on West Street was broken into during the day. Small amount of jewelry and cash was reported missing. 4:03 p.m. Caller reported that someone had broken into his residence on West Street. 4:58 p.m. Caller reported that his residence on Gilbert Street was broken into during the day. 6:08 p.m. …

Mansfield Police Log: Break In, Hit and Runs and Gas Pump Theft

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Sept. 24 to Sept. 26 2012.

Sept. 24 10:26 a.m. Caller reported  a hit and run on Plymouth Street. 12:36 p.m. Christopher Mysiuk, 30, of 27 East St. was arrested for domestic assault and battery. 3:58 p.m. Eric Conklin, 31, of 55 West Brittania St. in Taunton was arrested for shoplifting at Kohl’s. Sept. 25 5:01 a.m. Mansfield Police reported on Tuesday that three males broke into a Mansfield residence on Oak Street and allegedly tied up the resident inside. Four Mansfield Police Officers responded and found the victim tied up in the upstairs of the residence. The suspects were described as three black males, one with a blue hoody. Mansfield Police Log: Break Ins, Geese and Lots of Shoplifting

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Sept, 22 to Sept. 23, 2012.

Sept. 22 9:32 a.m. Caller reported that his convertible was broken into during the night on Erick Road. Nothing was reported missing but the top to the convertible had been damaged. 10:52 a.m. Caller reported a large amount of geese in the left-hand side of Route 140. 1:57 p.m. Caller reported a hit and run on South Main Street. 2:55 p.m. The following is a summary of police activity at the Toby Keith concert at the Comcast Center. 11 people were arrested for underage drinking and 23 people were taken into protective custody. Mansfield Police Log: Pool Fight, KISS and Indecent Assault and Battery

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Sept. 15 and 16, 2012.

Sept. 15 1:48 p.m. Caller reported a possibly intoxicated male asking for money at the train station got into a fight with another male. One of the males got onto the train and Mansfield Police stopped the train at the next station to pick up the party. The incident was resolved without charges being filed. 4:38 p.m. Matthew William, 32, of 249 Webster St. in Rockland was given a summons arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (pool cue) and documented malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Mansfield Police Log: Porsche Hit and Run, Break Ins and Comcast Center

The following is form the Mansfield Police Log from Sept. 7 to Sept. 9, 2012.

Sept. 7 1:35 p.m. Caller reported a felony larceny by check. 1:53 p.m. Caller reported a shoplifting incident at Best Buy. 5:04 p.m.  Chris Broderick, 39, of 694 Elm St. was given a summons arrest for domestic assault and battery. 5:07 p.m. The following is a summary of police activity at the Jason Mraz concert at the Comcast Center. Two people were placed into protective custody for public intoxication and no one was arrested for underage drinking. Mansfield Police Log: Fork Attack, Shoplifting and a Hit and Run

The following is from the Mansfield Police log from Sept.4 and 5, 2012.

Sept. 4 4:56 p.m. Caller reported a fraudulent use of his credit card and believed that information was stolen at the Cocmast Center mobile ticket kiosk for the golf tournament on Monday. 6:23 p.m. Francesco Christina, 20, of 135 Chestnut St. in Foxborough was arrested for a warrant and also charged with resisting arrest. 7:51 p.m. Caller reported that her car was broken into during the night and a GPS unit was taken. The vehicle was also keyed during that time. Aug. 13 4:19 p.m. Caller reported vandalism to his sign for his insurance company on North Main Street. 6:51 p.m. Caller reported coming home from work and finding her residence broken into on Balcom Street. An Xbox and a small amount of jewelry were taken. Entry was reportedly gained through the rear enterence. July 16 2:11 p.m. Caller reported the theft of an iPhone from the Comcast Center during the July 14 show. 4:16 p.m. Caller reported that her iPhone was stolen. July 17 8:01 a.m. Caller reported malicious damage to the swimming pool during the night on Atwood Street. This is an ongoing problem, where the pool is drained during the night by a knife puncture. 3:48 p.m. Caller reported her cell phone was stolen from her vehicle.
