New data from the Warren Group shows that home sales in Mansfield decreased last month.
Mansfield saw its home sales decrease in March, according to data released by real estate information firm The Warren Group, According to the report, there was a decrease in March sales in Mansfield from 12 in 2012 to seven in 2013. Year to date sales are also down from 30 in 2012 to 26 in 2013. While sales were down, the median home price went up from $320,000 in March 2012 to $450,000 in March 2013. The year to date median price went up from $306,250 in 2012 to $349,875 in 2013. In Massachusetts, 3,214 homes sold in March 2013, slightly down over last year's 3,100 sales. 70 Oak St. is the Mansfield Patch Home of the Week.
